  • Varieties: Treixadura, Modelo & Albariño. Appearance: Clear. Pale lemon. Nose: Clean. Medium-intense. Rich & aromatic with notes of honey, vanilla, dill & a bit of hazelnut. Palate: Dry. Full-bodied. Lush baking spice flavors with a round mouth feel. An elegant, long finish. Vinification: From a single vineyard planted in granitic soil, made from native varietals. Spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts & aged on its lees for 1 year.
