Appearance: Clear. Bright, lemon colored.
Nose: Clean. Medium-intense. Aromas of almonds & creamy peach, followed by buttery, baked apple flavors.
Palate: Dry. Full-bodied. Excellent acidity with a creamy, lingering finish. Minerals & tropical fruit on a smooth, tasty & fresh palate with a long finish.
Vinification: From organically farmed vineyards. Barrel fermented then aged on its lees in stainless steel for four months before being bottle aged for 10 months.
Recommended Food Pairing: Mahon Curado cheese.
