Appearance: Clear. Medium lemon with green tones.
Nose: Clear. Medium intense with tropical fruit aromas & herbaceous notes.
Palate: Dry. Medium bodied with white fruit notes & balanced acidity.
Vinification: Produced with organic fruit. From estate owned, low producing vines planted on the banks of the Sil river, in the town of Lugo. The 16 hectares are farmed biodynamically & the wines are fermented using indigenous yeasts.
Recommended Food Pairing: Pulpo a la Gallega.
