Nose: Clean. Medium-intense. White fruit blossoms on the nose and a touch of minerality.
Palate: Intensity in the nose and a racy acidity couple to bring forward stone fruit and fennel aromas on the palate. Viscose and fruity with an acidic backbone. Oily like a viognier, but less weighty.
Vinification: Godello and treixadura are aged on fine lees with a two months batonnage in stainless steel tanks. It is assembled and aged for another six months in tanks, and finally aged in the bottle a final three months.
Recommended Food Pairing: Spicy Thai basil noodles, chipotle roasted chicken, or fennel and pear salad.
