Appearance: Clear, pale lemon.

Palate: Dry, medium (+) acidity on the palate with yellow stone fruit flavors and a hint of salinity. Mouthwatering freshness, with succulent fruit flavors combined with a saline quality.
Vinification: A flagship wine of the region, and a standard for albariño from a winery over 100 years old. Fermented in stainless steel.
Recommended Food Pairing: Sablefish in a lemony aioli.
