Variety: Tinto Fino (Tempranillo).
Appearance: Clear. Medium ruby.
Nose: Clean. Pronounced dark & red fruit aromas.
Palate: Dry. Medium bodied with polished tannins, good acidity & elegant balance.
Vinification: A single vineyard, La Ladera, consisting of 70-year-old Tinto Fino vines planted in clay-loam soils at over 900 meters above sea level in Burgos, Ribera del Duero. 20% whole cluster fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel vat with 12-15 days of maceration, aged 12 months in neutral French oak.
