Appearance: Clear, medium purple in color.
Nose: Clean, almost Pommard-like in its bouquet of cranberry leaf & wild strawberry.
Palate: Dry & medium-bodied with a crunchy, spicy start. There is plenty of fresh fruit, reflecting a classic, leaner style of Riberia Sacra. Full of character, zip & vivacity.
Vinification: From 80 year old vines, foot trodden and fermented in oak vats with a long maceration before aging in 6 year old barrels. Practicing organic & Biodynamic.
