Palate: Dry. Full-bodied & rich with generous, pronounced fruit notes & soft tannins.
Vinification: From organic vines, farmed without the use of pesticide or herbicides. Hand harvested, destemmed & whole-cluster fermented with indigenous yeasts. Aged 5 months in neutral French oak.
