Varieties: 94% Garnacha & 6% Cariñena.
Appearance: Deep ruby, garnet.
Nose: Ripe red fruit with mixed exotic spices.
Palate: Impressively powerful, with a burst of black fruits, fresh, well-balanced, with a refined texture. A rasp of tannin gives structure, and a burst of juice explodes on the finish. An edge of liquorice and wild herbs to the finish. Very long, very fresh.
Vinification: Organic, farmed biodynamically. Fermented & aged in oak for 16 months. This expression of Priorat really is for lovers of delicacy, poise and refinement.
