Varieties: 55% Garnacha & 45% Cariñena.
Appearance: Clear, brilliant ruby.
Nose: Clean. Pronounced aromas, raspberry & blackberry preserves. Refined with notes of candied fruit, hickory smoked bacon, toast, violets & bright cherry.
Palate: Dry. Pronounced. Deep, lively & fresh flavors of berries & spice cake. Excellent acidity & silky on the palate. Light and elegant.
Vinification: Organic, biodynamic. Hand harvested & made with only indigenous grapes. Sourced from many of the regions oldest vineyards, all grown on schist llicorella soils. The wine is fermented in oak & cement tank and aged in barrique for one year.
Recommended Food Pairing: Fava bean stew.
