Appearance: Clear, garnet red in color.
Nose: Clean, pronounced blackberry aromas & a bouquet of vanilla extract & violets.
Palate: Dry. Medium-bodied with flavors of smoky, dark fruits & spice. Firm tannins with a long finish.
Vinification: Dry farmed using bio-dynamic techniques & fermented using indigenous yeasts by two self-taught winemakers.
Recommended Food Pairing: Hickory smoked ribs.
