Varieties: 85% Grenache, 12% Carignan and 3% Macabeo.
Appearance: Clear. Deep ruby with purple tones.
Nose: Clean. Pronounced notes of ripe red fruit (cherries and blackcurrants), spicy (pepper) and floral notes.
Palate: Dry. Full of freshness and flexibility, with a strong mineral background. The tannins are soft and discreet. A beautiful intense velvety finish.
Vinification: Biodynamic. Manual harvesting. Wine is 11 months in stainless steel tanks. Production of around 10,000 bottles from 4 hectares of land.
Recommended Food Pairing: Butter chicken with red ginger sauce.
