Varieties: 90% Hondurrabi Zuri & 10% Hondurrabi Beltza.
Appearance: Clear. Pale lemon with green tones & sublte effervescence.
Nose: Clean. Medium intense citrus notes with a subtle green apple notes.
Palate: Dry. Light bodied with bright & focused acidity, good length & a complex finish.
Vinification: Hand harvested from vines planted 90 meters above sea level in clay based soil. Fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts & bottled early in order to maintain it's natural CO2.
Recommended Food Pairing: Bacalao al pil pil.
