Appearance: Clear. Lemon-gold with fine bubbles.
Nose: Clean. Youthful white fruit, with nutty & toast notes.
Palate: Fresh & vibrant on the palate. A lemony flavor with a slightly bitter finish reminiscent of green almonds.
Vinification: From vines 15-50 years old planted in clay, calcareous soil on a family run estate. Aged 18-22 months on its lees.
