Nose: Clean. Medium intense citrus & citrus blossom aromas with subtle fennel notes.
Palate: Dry. Medium bodied with citrus & melon notes, bitter notes & good acidity.
Vinification: Produced from organically farmed, younger vines planted in sandy clay & limestone soils in the town of La Seca. Fermented in stainless steel & partially aged in French oak for 8 months.
Recommended Food Pairing: Grilled halibut with leek & shallots.
