Appearance: Clear. Pale lemon, practically transluscent.
Nose: Clean. Medium-intense. Abundant notes of jasmine & pear on the nose.
Palate: Dry. Medium-bodied. Dry with hints of almonds, musky herbs & salted apple skins. An umami-full, savory white with a mineral undertone.
Vinification: Fermented with native yeasts & aged on its less, in stainless steel, for 3 months.
Recommended Food Pairing: Salted fish in “mojo” sauce.
