Appearance: Clear. Medium ruby with a purple rim.
Nose: Clean. Medium intense red fruit aromas & subtle nutty & floral notes.
Palate: Dry. Medium bodied with ripe fruit & good acidity throughout.
Vinification: Organic. Hand harvested from up to 70-year-old vines planted in sandy granitic soils. Whole-cluster fermented with native years in oak vats before being aged 10 months in French oak.
Recommended Food Pairing: Pair with casual, fun food- like Bocadillos!
