Appearance: Clean. Deep ruby.
Nose: Clean. Medium intense subtle red fruit, bramble & mineral notes.
Palate: Dry. Medium bodied with subtle, pleasantly sour red fruit notes with lively acidity and a sharp, precise finish with fine tannins.
Vinification: From Valtuille de Abajo, León, by Bodegas Fulcro from native varieties with minimal additions of sulfur. Fermented with stems and aged partially in used oak & partially in stainless steel.
Recommended Food Pairing: Bacalao al Ajoarriero.
