Appearnce: Clear. Pale pink in color.
Nose: Clean. Medium intense citrus aromas, as well as white fruit, peach & apple.
Palate: Dry. Light bodied. Fresh in the mouth with cherry fruit, good acidity and a surprisingly long finish. Juicy, but not cloyingly fruity.
Vinification: Produced from old vines grown at high altitude in Villabuena de Álava, in theRioja Alavesa. Gently pressed then fermented in stainless steel.
Recommended Food Pairings: Rellenos de Piquillo (Piquillo pepper croquets).
