Varieties: 94% Tempranillo, 3% Garnacha, 2% Viura & 1% Graciano.
Appearance: Clear. Medium ruby with brilliant reflections.
Nose: Clean. Medium intense, fresh red fruit aromas with subtle spiced & herbaceous, mint notes.
Palate: Dry. Medium bodied with juicy fruit notes, vibrant acidity & grainy tannins.
Vinification: This is a single estate wine from vineyards located in the village of Baños de Rioja. A wine of incredible regional typicity; a blend of wines produced from different aged vines which is aged in barrel & manually racked before being aged in bottle at the estate. Hand harvested from 60-year-old vines, fermented under temperature control with an 8 day maceration & aged 20 months in French & American oak.
