Varieties: 85% Tempranillo and 15% Graciano.
Appearance: Deep, dark purple.
Nose: Clean, pronounced notes of deep purple fruits and spice.
Palate: Dry, full-bodied yet with elegance and expressiveness, rich flavors, polished texture with a jolt of acidity and well-integrated tannins.
Vinification: Organically farmed grapes in La Mancha, fermented in concrete and 225l oak casks, and aged in previously used oak casks.
Recommended Food Pairing: Classic beef pot-roast.
