Appearance: Clear, deep lemon in color.
Nose: Clean, youthful. Grapefruit, dried flowers & toast on the nose.
Palate: Full-bodied, lengthy, crisp & with excellent minerality. Dry, with subtle hints of brioche & citrus.
Vinification: Made from the classic blend of cava grapes on a family-owned estate. Aged for 24 months on its lees before disgorgement.
Recommended Food Pairing: Cows milk cheese.
