Variety: Palomino Fino.
Appearance: Clear. Deep lemon with brilliant highlights.
Nose: Clean. Pronounced. Steely, salty aromas with complex & finessed oxidative notes.
Palate: Dry. Medium (+) bodied.Refreshing, an overwhelming combination of power & finesse.
Vinification: A single-barrel bottling from a 15 barrel solera of Manzanilla Pasada that had been occasionally refreshed with La Guita sherry. Similar, but more intense & pure, to #59.
Recommended Food Pairing: Fresh cracked walnuts or salted cashews.
