Variety: 100% Monastrell.
Nose: Red raspberries aromas.
Palate: Gentle vanilla & spice notes. Medium in body, the palate provides bitter cherry & berry flavors. Good acid and fine grained tannins. Fresh with a long, slightly bitter finish.
Vinification: From vines over 25 years old, planted in sandy soil. The grapes are gently pressed, cold fermented & macerated for 7 days before being aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
Recommended Food Pairing: BBQ.
