  • Varieties: 34% Brancellao, 33% Caiño Longo & 33% Sousón. Appearance: Clear. Medium ruby with a purple. rim. Nose: Clean. Fresh red fruit with smoky minerality. Palate: Dry. Medium bodied with vibrant acidity, fresh fruit & good structure. Vinification: Hand harvested from vines planted in mostly granitic soil. Fermented in stainless steel after a light, cool maceration. Aged 9 months in stainless steel. Recommended Food Pairing: Lacón con grelos, pork shoulder with greens.
