Nose: Clean. Medium intense. Blackberry & currant on the nose, with subtle wildflower notes.
Palate: Dry. Medium-bodied. Excellent acidity & structure, subtle plum & earthy, red fruit.
Vinification: This wine is made with no additives of any kind, farmed organically in the Sierra Nevada from ungrafted vines. Fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel, bottled unfined & unfiltered, without added sulfur. Aged in neutral oak.
