  • Varieties: 80% Mandó & 20% Monastrell. Appearance: Clear. Medium ruby with purple tones. Nose: Clean. Pronounced ripe & candied red fruit aromas. Palate: Dry. Medium-bodied with good concentration of red fruit flavors balanced by good acidity & persistence. Vinification: Hand harvested from 6 hectares of estate-owned vines planted at 600m above sea level in sandy loam soil. Fermented in stainless steel with malolactic fermentation & aging, sobre lias, in amphora for 14 months. Recommended Food Pairing: Arròs al forn, Oven baked rice with sausage, chickpeas, and potato.
