Varieties: Garnaxta & Samso.
Appearance: Clear. Brilliant ruby with a purple rim.
Nose: Clean. Pronounced ripe red fruit notes with a subtle herbaceous undertone.
Palate: Dry. Medium bodied with ripe, concentrated red fruit flavors, good acidity & moderate but present tannins.
Vinification: Produced from biodynamically farmed vines planted in clay & limestone soils at 450m above sea level in Conca de Barbera. Fermented in stainless steel with native yeasts with a 10-day maceration, where it is also aged for 10 months. This wine is bottled unfiltered, unfined & without sulfur.
Recommended Food Pairing: Moroccan beef & lamb meatballs.
