  • Varieties: 40% Garnatxa, 20% Garnatxa Peluda, 40% Cariñena. Appearance: Deep cherry, with a garnet rim. Nose: Clean. Medium intensity. Delicate notes red fruit, hint of violet, spices and light notes of oak aging. Palate: Dry. Medium (+) bodied. Delicate and silky with good acidity, structure, some earth & fruit, and finishes with incredible grip and length. Definitely got our attention! Vinification: Certified organic vines that are 65+ years old. and co-planted amongst almond, olive & apple trees. Co-fermented in stainless-steel and aged for 3.5 months on the fine lees. Further rested in neutral 300L French oak for 12 months. Minimal filtration or SO2. Recommended Food Pairing: Grill lamb chops and pour a hearty glass of this!
