Nose: Floral & citrus aromas, grapefruit & white flowers.
Palate: Dry with fresh citrus flavors & a bitter almond note on the finish.
Vinification: From organically worked vineyards in the Penedés. Gently pressed, fermented in stainless steel with their own yeasts & aged on its lees for 5 months. Produced without the addition of sulphur.
Recommended Food Pairing: Grilled shrimp.
