Appearance: Clear. Deep ruby.
Nose: Clean. Medium-intense red fruit with a wet clay note.
Palate: Dry. Medium-bodied with pure, precise fruit & great acidity throughout.
Vinification: Aged in used oak for 17 months. Produced without sulphites. From an 80-year-old strain of sumoll from Castelladral produced with minimal intervention.
Recommended Food Pairing: Roasts & stews.
