Variety: Macabeu & Xarel-lo.
Appearance: Clear. Gold.
Nose: Clean. Medium intense fresh citrus, pear & green apple with a slight nuttiness.
Palate: Medium (-) bodied. Dry but fruity with a slight effervescence. Fresh & easy drinking.
Vinification: Organic, from biodynamically farmed vines planted in Les Parellades in Pla del Penedès. This is a natural wine from the winemakers at Mas Candi, produced using the ancestral method. The grapes are chilled & left to ferment until an appropriate density for bottling where they finish fermentation after 8 months.
Serving suggestion: Drink as an aperitif.
