Vinification: Organic. Hand harvested & selected from biodynamically farmed vines in the Badajoz, Extremadura. Fermented in stainless steel with native yeasts for over 35 days, maintaining the wines freshness.
Recommended Food Pairing: Fried green tomatoes with pecorino romano.
