Nose: Clean. Pronounced fresh red & wild black fruit.
Palate: Dry. Medium-bodied with fresh fruit notes & spicy, herbaceous notes.
Vinification: The Callet & Manto Negro are steel tank fermented, the Monastrell carbonically macerated. Aged 6 months in oak & 3 in stainless steel. With no added sulfur.
Recommended Food Pairing: Arroz Brut.
