Appearance: Clear. Deep garnet.
Nose: Clean. Pronounced red & dark fruit preserves, potpourri & Asian spices with mineral notes.
Palate: Dry. Full-bodied. Mouth-filling, deep black raspberry & lavender flavors with spice & vanilla nuances on the palate.
Vinification: From biodynamically farmed vines planted in llicorella soil. Fermented in a combination of oak, concrete & clay amphorae. Aged 20 months in French oak & clay amphorae.
Recommended Food Pairing: Lamb chops with pomegranate relish.
