Appearance: Clear. Medium lemon with brilliant reflections.
Nose: Clean. Pronounced citrus & tropical fruit aromas.
Palate: Dry. Medium (+) bodied with good volume, an oily texture & concentrated fruit notes.
Vinification: Hand harvested, cold macerated & softly pressed before being separately fermented at low temperatures for 18 days.
Recommended Food Pairing: Shellfish in a creamy sauce.
