  • Varieties: 40% Macabeo & 60% Garnacha Blanca. Appearance: Clear. Deep lemon. Nose: Clean. Pronounced aromatics; lychee, herbal notes, lavender, smoky & roasted notes on a subtle mineral background. Palate: Dry. Full-bodied. Excellent structure with notes of ripe fruit & herbs. Crisp minerality with a long & persistent finish. Fatty & fresh, with fruit & creamy notes on the palate. Vinification: From a vineyard planted in llicorella soil, surrounded by almond & olive trees. From 50-year-old vines, hand harvested, barrel fermented & aged 6 months on its lees before being gently filtered and bottle aged an additional 12 months. Recommended Food Pairings: White meat dishes, like Pollo Asado con Salsa de Naranja.
