Varieties: 25% Macabeo, 25% Malvasia, 35% Chardonnay, 10% Verdil & 5% Pedro Ximénez.
Nose: Floral aromas & spices along with tropical, citrus & white fruit.
Palate: Citrus notes on the palate, with aniseed & mineral notes. Fresh & savory.
Vinification: Hand harvested, selected & destemmed before being vinified separately. Fermented in clay amphorae & stainless steel with lees contact. Aged in amphorae for an additional 6 months.
