Palate: Dry. Full-bodied & smooth with well-rounded acidity & tannins.
Vinification: Biodynamic. A tiny 1ha parcel of 70-year old Garnacha vines planted 900 mt above sea level on schist and slate soils. Hand harvested, natural yeast fermentation in open vats, whole cluster, pigeage. 16 months in 500L French oak barrels
