  • Varieties: 80% Garnacha Blanca, 20% Macabeo, Picapoll & other local varieties. Appearance: Clear. Gold. Nose: Clean. Pronounced aromatics, a lot like a German botrytized wine. Palate: Sweet. Full-bodied, broad & unctuous with acidity & freshness. Raisinated notes of dried apricots & candied orange. Vinification: A unique blend of grapes from vineyards planted in calcareous soil, clay & gravel, in the town of El Masroig in the Montsant DO. The grapes are left to dry for 42 days, then fermented & aged in stainless steel; slightly filtered before bottling. Recommended Food Pairing: Foie gras or blue cheese.
