Palate: Candied fruit aromas as well as slight herbaceous notes. Creamy on the palate with candied black fruit flavors. Balanced acidity & sweetness.
Vinification: Made from late harvested, over ripe grapes that are de-stemmed & fermented in stainless steel. Aged 2 months in French oak.
Recommended Food Pairing: Asian spicy pork dishes.
