Nose: Clean. Pronounced ripe black & forest fruit aromas.
Palate: Dry. Full bodied & rich textured with ripe black fruit notes, firm tannins & great persistence.
Vinification: Produced from biodynamically farmed, low yielding vines. Manually destemmed, fermented & aged in used French oak for 24 months.
Recommended Food Pairing: Slow simmered white beans with pork chunks.
