Appearance: Clear, pale lemon with brilliant highlights.
Nose: Clean, pronounced aromatics with notes of herbs & lime zest.
Palate: Dry, full-bodied. Complex, with ripe peach on the palate & excellent minerality.
Vinification: Made from an Italian grape which is a crossing of Riesling & Pinot Blanc. Grown organically, farmed bio-dynamically, in clay & chalk soil. Hand harvested, fermented in large French oak barrels with indigenous yeasts. Aged in stainless steel, French oak & chestnut.
Recommended Food Pairing: Suquet de Peix (Potato fish soup).
