Appearance: Clear. Deep lemon with gold tones.
Nose: Clean. Pronounced fennel & lemon notes.
Palate: Dry. Full-bodied. Toasted notes with honey, quince & subtle floral flavors on the palate. Fresh, with a long aftertaste.
Vinification: From a small production, biodynamically farmed estate in the Penédes. Fermented spontaneously in temperature controlled oak. Aged on its lees in barrel.
Recommended Food Pairings: Artichokes; mixed vegetables.
