Variety: Garnacha Tintorera.
Appearance: Clear. Medium ruby with a purple rim.
Nose: Clean. Medium-intense red fruit, herbaceous & earthy aromas.
Palate: Dry. Medium bodied, fresh acidity & pronounced tannins.
Vinification: Grown in Almansa, La Mancha. Half fermented with stems in cement vats using indigenous yeasts. Aged 5 months in the same concrete vats, where malolactic fermentation also takes place.
Recommended Food Pairing: Veggie burger.
