Appearance: Clear, deep lemon.
Nose: Clean. Pronounced. Profound minerality & spice on the nose with toasty, nutty notes.
Palate: Dry, medium (+) bodied. Bright, intense minerality & spice on a rich palate.
Vinification: From untrained, pre-phylloxera vines planted in the Canary Islands. Fermented in oak & left to age on its lees for a year. Produced in small quantities & showing potential for aging.
