Palate: Dry. Medium bodied with intense apple, almond & briny flavors that finish fresh & saline.
Vinification: Sourced from Hijos de Rainera Pérez Martin in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, producers of La Guita manzanilla. This manzanilla is on average 7-years-old and bottled with only a gentle filtration from their oldest bodega, on Calle Misericordia (at the highest point of Sanlucar).
Recommended Food Pairing: Simply prepared shrimp dishes & boiled shellfish.
