Varieties: 60% Graciano, 30% Tempranillo & 10% Garnacha.
Appearance: Clear. Deep ruby with purple tones.
Nose: Clean, pronounced black fruit & peppercorn on the nose.
Palate: Dry. Medium (+) bodied with polished tannins. Smooth on the palate with deep, dark fruit flavors.
Vinification: From vineyards worked by hand & plowed by horse. Fermented in oak vats with indigenous yeasts. Aged 18 months in French oak.
Recommended Food Pairing: Rib-eye steak.
