Medium (+) bodied with polished tannins. Smooth on the palate with deep, dark fruit flavors. Vinification: From vineyards worked by hand & plowed by horse. Fermented in oak vats with indigenous yeasts. Aged 18 months in French oak. Recommended Food Pairing: Rib-eye steak.
