  • Variety: Merenzao (aka Trousseau). Appearance: Clear. Deep ruby. Nose: Clean. Medium intense red fruit with floral & balsamic notes. Palate: Dry. Medium bodied with ripe fruit notes, moderate acidity & tannins & a long finish. Vinification: Made through manual stirring, taking advantage of gravity. No additional baking powder, bacteria, aromas or tannins are added. Acidity levels are not modified. Hand harvested, fermented with native yeasts & aged on its lees in oak for 12 months. A true gem in Galicia! Recommended Food Pairing: Galdo Gallego, or fresh seafood with a tangy dressing.
