  • Varieties: 63% Souson, 18% Espadeiro, 11% Mencia, 5% Pedral, 2% Brancellao, 1% Caino Tinto. Appearance: Vivid violet red, it is clean and bright. Nose: Clean. It has a medium-high intensity, with notes of wild fruit (blackberries, raspberries). Palate: Dry. Light-bodied. Very clean, silky and smooth with well integrated acidity and minerality. Vinification: From the Condado do Tea sub-zone, a warmer and drier region in Rias Baixas. Grapes are destemmed, aged for 6 months in stainless steel before bottling. Recommended Food Pairing: Perfect with chicken, fish, hard cheeses, or flatbread pizzas.
